Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping on all DOF Reality motion simulator platforms and accessories to the lower 48 contiguous United States. Trusted carriers like FedEx or DHL handle fast, insured delivery.
Shipping Timeline
Orders ship within 5–10 business days after payment clearance. Total delivery time is usually 3–4 weeks from order date. Tracking information is provided by email.
International Buyers
Platforms ship from Europe. International buyers may be responsible for customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or brokerage fees not included in pricing. Use HS code 9504 50 00 00 for estimates.
Returns & Refunds
Accepted only for verified manufacturing defects that cannot be resolved through troubleshooting or parts replacement. No returns for change of mind due to size and weight. Approved returns require customer-paid shipping; refunds issued within 20 business days after inspection.
Cancellations
Possible within 14 days for non-custom items, subject to approval. No cancellations on custom builds or once shipment has started. Delays over 30 days past promised date allow full refund.
Warranty
Full 1-year manufacturer warranty covers design, material, or performance defects under normal use. Does not cover normal wear, misuse, or unauthorized repairs. Contact support for troubleshooting or claims.
