At AlphaCaveHQ, we are committed to providing a seamless and professional delivery experience for your luxury recreational equipment. We understand that the proper handling and timely arrival of your investment are paramount.
Shipping & Processing Timelines

Standard Orders: In-stock items such as 3D printers, cigar humidors, and certain luxury seating models typically ship within 10–15 business days.

Custom & Freight Orders: Most of our collection, including Pool Tables, Golf Simulators, and custom-built Arcade Games, are made-to-order and require specialized freight shipping. Please allow 4–8 weeks for production and delivery.
Accurate, item-specific shipping estimates are provided on each product page and will be confirmed at checkout.
Freight & White-Glove Delivery
Due to their size and weight, the majority of our products are delivered via specialized LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight carriers to ensure maximum safety and care.

Scheduling: Once your order reaches the local delivery terminal, the freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a specific delivery date and time window.

Standard Freight Delivery (Curbside): The standard service includes delivery to your curb. You will be responsible for moving the item(s) into your home, unpacking, and assembly.

White-Glove Service (Recommended): For the ultimate convenience, we strongly recommend our White-Glove Delivery service. This premium option includes:

Delivery to your room of choice.

Complete unpacking and assembly of your product.

Removal of all packaging and debris. This service can be selected at checkout for applicable items.

Important: Inspecting Your Delivery
For all freight deliveries, it is critical that you inspect the packaging for any visible damage before signing the delivery receipt (Bill of Lading). If you notice any damage, you must note it on the receipt when signing. Failure to do so may limit our ability to process a damage claim.
Order Tracking
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
