General Shipping Overview

All orders placed through AlphaCaveHQ are reviewed and then submitted to the appropriate brand or warehouse for processing and fulfillment. Once an order has been accepted by the manufacturer or fulfillment center, it will enter their shipping queue according to their standard processing times and stock availability.

Shipping costs, if any, will be displayed at checkout or noted on the product page. In some cases, upgraded services such as inside delivery or white-glove service may be available for an additional fee, and availability may depend on the brand and delivery address.

Freight Delivery and Inspection Requirements

Many larger items, such as game tables, furniture, and certain appliances, will ship via less-than-truckload freight rather than standard parcel carriers. Freight deliveries are typically curbside to the nearest safe and accessible point at the address you provide.

For freight deliveries, the carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available at the scheduled time to receive and inspect the shipment.

Before signing the delivery receipt or bill of lading, you must carefully inspect the packaging and visible product for damage. Any visible damage, shortages, or concerns should be clearly noted on the carrier’s paperwork at the time of delivery. If damage is severe, you may refuse the delivery and contact us promptly so we can review the situation with the carrier or manufacturer.

Failure to document visible freight damage at delivery may limit the ability to file a claim with the carrier or manufacturer and can affect the remedies available.

Processing and Handling Times

Processing and handling times may vary by brand and by product. In general, orders are processed on business days once payment has been authorized and confirmed. Items that are in stock at the manufacturer’s warehouse may ship sooner, while products that are made-to-order, built in batches, or in limited production may require additional lead time.

Any typical processing time shown on a product page or within a brand-specific section is provided as an estimate only and does not guarantee a specific ship date. If there is a significant change to the expected processing time, we will share updated information as it is provided to us by the manufacturer or supplier.

Delivery Timeframes and Estimates

Shipping and delivery timeframes provided on our website, in order confirmations, or by our support team are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier capacity, weather conditions, regional logistics, and manufacturer processing times.

Once an order has left the warehouse or manufacturer and is in the possession of the carrier, transit timing is controlled by the carrier. AlphaCaveHQ does not guarantee delivery by a specific date and is not responsible for delays that occur while an order is in transit.

Backorders and Out-of-Stock Items

From time to time, certain items may be on backorder or subject to extended lead times due to high demand, production cycles, or supply constraints. If a product you ordered is out of stock or on backorder, we will normally notify you once we receive that information from the brand or warehouse and provide the best available estimate for future availability.

If a delay becomes substantial, you may have options such as keeping the order open and awaiting the new estimated ship date, selecting an alternative product if available, or requesting cancellation in accordance with our policies.

Shipping Locations

Currently, AlphaCaveHQ ships to addresses within the United States. Certain brands or products may be limited to the contiguous United States and may not be available for delivery to remote locations or areas with restricted carrier access.

We do not ship to international addresses, U.S. territories, or military APO and FPO addresses unless specifically stated otherwise on a product page or within a brand-specific section.

Order Changes, Cancellations, and Address Corrections

Requests to change or cancel an order, or to update a shipping address, should be submitted as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped from the manufacturer or warehouse, changes may no longer be possible or may be subject to additional fees.

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address and contact information. Additional charges arising from address corrections, re-delivery, storage, or failed delivery attempts may be passed through to you if assessed by the carrier or warehouse.

Returns and Refunds for Shipped Orders

Certain products, particularly customized, special-order, or freight-delivered items, may be non-returnable or may be subject to restocking fees, except where otherwise required by law.
