Once your order is placed, it is securely transmitted to the manufacturer’s headquarters in Switzerland for processing and verification.
Shipping Method
Orders ship via UPS within the United States. In some cases, orders may ship directly from Switzerland via DHL, with all duties and import fees fully covered.

Typical delivery timeframe is 5–12 business days, depending on location and carrier conditions.

Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only for verified mechanical or electrical defects. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Non-Defective Returns
Unopened items may be returned within 14 days. Approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking reduction.
Return Approval
Returns must be authorized in writing prior to shipment. Unauthorized returns are not guaranteed to be accepted.
Inspection & Refunds
