The DOF Reality Cable Extension Set gives you extra length between the control box and the motors, making it easier to adapt your setup when standard cable reach is not enough. Standard cables measure 1.2 meters (4 feet) and are suitable for most common installations.
For most 2–3 DOF platforms, the control box is typically placed under the pedals plate for clean and simple cable management. This extension set is designed for users who need more flexibility due to custom layouts or added distance.
