CHOOSING THE RIGHT HYBRID SERIES GRILLS
Load charcoal, lump coal, wood chunks, or logs into the patented fuel trays beneath the cooking grates, then run the gas burners for a few minutes to ignite the solid fuel. Shut the gas off to finish the cook on pure charcoal or wood, or leave it running and blend both fuels across different zones.
Gas alone gives you fast, consistent heat for everyday cooking. Adding charcoal or hardwood to the fuel trays brings smoke flavor and higher sear temperatures without needing a separate smoker or charcoal grill — the same firebox handles all three.
All three lines share the same burner and fuel-tray platform. Encore is the cleanest, most streamlined profile; Ovation bridges Estate's refined front panel with the Hybrid platform's deeper body; Muscle carries bold, muscle-car-inspired styling for a bolder look.
Models range from 36" builds up to 54", with cooking surface scaling from roughly 1,072 sq. in. up to 1,687 sq. in. and burner counts from five to eight depending on the model and size you choose.
