CHOOSING THE RIGHT ESTATE SERIES
Estate and Estate Freedom both come in 30", 36", and 42" built-in models sharing the same architecture — 30" fits tighter islands, while 36" and 42" add cooking surface and burner count for larger gatherings.
Estate ships fully loaded with cast red brass burners and a complete accessory package included. Estate Freedom uses stainless U-tube burners in place of red brass and ships lean, letting you add the rotisserie kit, griddle, sear burner, and smoker tray individually as your budget or kitchen grows.
Every Estate and Estate Freedom grill is available in Natural Gas or Liquid Propane — choose based on whether you have an existing gas line or prefer a portable tank.
Both lines are designed as built-in grill heads for an outdoor kitchen island; freestanding cart versions are also available directly from American Made Grills if you don't have an island built yet.

Both share the same #304 stainless steel body and cooking surface at each size. Estate includes red brass burners, a rotisserie kit, griddle, infrared sear burner, and smoker tray standard; Estate Freedom uses stainless U-tube burners and treats those same items as optional add-ons.
30" (755 sq. in., 64,000 BTU) suits compact islands, 36" (920 sq. in., 90,000 BTU) is the most common choice for full dinner parties, and 42" (1,083 sq. in., 90,000 BTU) is for the largest cutouts and biggest gatherings.
The standard Estate ships with a rotisserie kit included. On Estate Freedom, the rotisserie kit is available as an add-on rather than included standard.
