The 36" runs five 22,000 BTU burners across 1,106 sq. in. — enough for typical family cooking. The 54" steps up to eight burners, 176,000 total BTUs, and 1,687 sq. in., built for larger islands and bigger gatherings.
Choose Natural Gas or Liquid Propane for the burners at checkout, then load the patented fuel trays with charcoal, lump coal, wood chunks, or logs whenever you want smoke flavor or higher sear heat.
All three share the same Hybrid Series burners and fuel-tray platform. Encore is styled for the cleanest, most streamlined front profile of the three — no bold styling cues, just simple lines around the same multi-fuel capability.
Encore is designed as a built-in grill head for an outdoor kitchen island. A cart-mounted freestanding version is also available — contact our team if that's the configuration you need.

Yes. Once the fuel trays are lit with the gas burners, you can shut the gas off entirely and finish the cook on charcoal, lump coal, or wood alone — the gas is there to ignite and to give you a fallback, not a requirement.
Every Encore ships with a deluxe vinyl cover, a 100 lb.-capacity rotisserie kit, grate-lifting tools, a stainless griddle, a drop-in infrared sear burner, leather gloves, a starter fuel kit, and a care kit.
The 36" runs five 22,000 BTU burners for 110,000 total BTUs; the 54" runs eight for 176,000 total BTUs.
Replacement parts are covered on a 100% non-prorated basis for as long as you own the grill.
