What size Newport should I choose?
The 72" Newport seats 4–6 people comfortably and suits most residential patio environments. The 120" and 144" sizes are better suited to larger spaces, extended dining tables, or commercial settings. As a general rule, your Newport should not exceed the length of your dining table.
Can I use this with liquid propane instead of natural gas?
Yes. The Newport is available in both Natural Gas and Liquid Propane configurations. Select your gas type when ordering. Propane tanks are not included and must be sourced separately.
Is the Newport suitable for a covered patio or pergola?
Yes, with conditions. Gas fire tables can be installed under a covered structure provided there is adequate clearance and ventilation. We recommend consulting a licensed gas professional before installation under any covered structure.
Do I need a gas line professionally installed?
Natural gas configurations require a dedicated gas line installed by a licensed plumber or gas fitter. Propane configurations connect to a standard tank and may be set up without professional installation depending on your local code.
What is the difference between Plug & Play and Low Voltage Electronic ignition?
Plug & Play runs on standard 110V household power — simply plug it into an outdoor outlet. Low Voltage Electronic (12V) is designed for integration with landscape lighting systems or smart home setups where 110V power is not available at the table location.
Is Fire Glow available on all materials?
No. Fire Glow ignition is available on GFRC Concrete and Powder Coat configurations only. It is not compatible with Corten Steel, Stainless Steel, or Hammered Copper.
What finish should I choose for a coastal environment?
Stainless Steel is the top recommendation for coastal or high-humidity environments due to its superior corrosion resistance. GFRC Concrete is also an excellent choice. Corten Steel and Hammered Copper will patina more aggressively in salt air environments — which some customers prefer aesthetically.
How long does delivery take?
The Newport Fire Table ships within 2–4 weeks of order. Free white-glove delivery is included to the contiguous United States. Delivery timeframes may vary based on your location and current production schedules.
Can I customize the media (fire glass, lava rock) inside the burner channel?
The Newport ships with lava rock as the standard fire media. Fire glass and other media options may be available — contact us before ordering to confirm availability for your specific configuration.

All The Outdoor Plus fire pits and fire tables are made-to-order and handcrafted in Ontario, California. Every order includes free white-glove freight delivery to the contiguous United States.

- Tracking information is provided within 24 hours of your order leaving the facility
- Freight shipments are delivered curbside — an adult must be present to receive and inspect
- Gas connections must be performed by a licensed gas technician
Please inspect all deliveries upon arrival. Visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt before signing. Concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. When signing for freight, note "subject to final inspection" whenever possible.
Returns
- All Outdoor Plus products are custom made-to-order — built specifically to your configuration
- Orders cannot be canceled or returned once entered into production
- If your item arrives damaged, photograph the damage immediately and note it on the delivery receipt
- Damage must be reported to support@alphacavehq.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Any outbound freight costs incurred by AlphaCaveHQ will be deducted from applicable refunds
Orders canceled after shipment are treated as returns and subject to applicable freight, return, and restocking charges.
Warranty
All Outdoor Plus fire features are backed by the manufacturer's limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Our team will assist with any warranty-related concerns and coordinate with The Outdoor Plus on your behalf.
