Shipping & Returns
Shipping & Delivery
All The Outdoor Plus fire pits and fire tables are made-to-order and handcrafted in Ontario, California. Products ship throughout the continental United States via professional freight carriers, depending on product size and weight.
- Free standard shipping on eligible The Outdoor Plus products
- Freight deliveries include curbside service unless upgraded to white-glove
- Estimated lead time: 2–4 weeks from order confirmation
- An adult must be available to receive and inspect freight shipments
- Tracking information is provided once your order ships
- Gas connections must be performed by a licensed gas technician
Please inspect all deliveries upon arrival. Visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt before signing. Concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. When signing for freight, note "subject to final inspection" whenever possible.
Returns
- All Outdoor Plus products are custom made-to-order — built specifically to your configuration
- Orders cannot be canceled or returned once entered into production
- If your item arrives damaged, photograph the damage immediately and note it on the delivery receipt
- Damage must be reported to support@alphacavehq.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Any outbound freight costs incurred by AlphaCaveHQ will be deducted from applicable refunds
Orders canceled after shipment are treated as returns and subject to applicable freight, return, and restocking charges.
Warranty
All Outdoor Plus fire features are backed by the manufacturer's limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Our team will assist with any warranty-related concerns and coordinate with The Outdoor Plus on your behalf.
- 1-year limited warranty on all fire features — residential use
- Electronics, gas valves, and pilot assemblies: 1-year residential warranty
- Proof of purchase, photos, and product details will be required for all claims
- Improper gas connection or installation may affect warranty eligibility
- Natural variation in GFRC color and texture is not a manufacturing defect
- Natural patina development on Corten Steel and Hammered Copper is not a defect
