Why is the 120" only available in Wood Grain?

The 120" Coronado is produced exclusively in GFRC Wood Grain concrete. Metal Collection options (Corten Steel, Stainless Steel, Hammered Copper, Powder Coat) are available up to 108". If you want a metal finish at maximum scale, the 108" is the largest available.

What Wood Grain colors are available at 120"?

Ebony, Ivory, and Oak — all three at the same price point. All are hand-applied at The Outdoor Plus's California facility.

Can I use this with liquid propane instead of natural gas?

Yes. Select your gas type when ordering. Propane tanks are not included.

Is Fire Glow available on the 120"?

Yes — all six ignition options including Fire Glow are available on the 120" Wood Grain.

What is GFRC Wood Grain concrete?

Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete with a hand-applied wood grain surface texture. Lightweight, high-strength, and built for permanent outdoor installation. Slight natural variation in texture and tone is expected and is not a defect.

Do I need a gas line professionally installed?

Natural gas configurations require a licensed plumber or gas fitter. Propane configurations connect to a standard tank.

Shipping & Delivery

All The Outdoor Plus fire pits and fire tables are made-to-order and handcrafted in Ontario, California. Products ship throughout the continental United States via professional freight carriers, depending on product size and weight.

Freight deliveries include curbside service unless upgraded to white-glove
Estimated lead time: 2–4 weeks from order confirmation
An adult must be available to receive and inspect freight shipments
Tracking information is provided once your order ships
Gas connections must be performed by a licensed gas technician

Please inspect all deliveries upon arrival. Visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt before signing. Concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. When signing for freight, note "subject to final inspection" whenever possible.

Returns

All Outdoor Plus products are custom made-to-order — built specifically to your configuration
Orders cannot be canceled or returned once entered into production
If your item arrives damaged, photograph the damage immediately and note it on the delivery receipt
Damage must be reported to support@alphacavehq.com within 48 hours of delivery
Any outbound freight costs incurred by AlphaCaveHQ will be deducted from applicable refunds

Orders canceled after shipment are treated as returns and subject to applicable freight, return, and restocking charges.

All Outdoor Plus fire features are backed by the manufacturer's limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Our team will assist with any warranty-related concerns and coordinate with The Outdoor Plus on your behalf.

Proof of purchase, photos, and product details will be required for all claims
