Service Levels
Curbside Delivery: Delivered to your driveway or nearest accessible point.
Threshold Delivery: Delivered just inside the main entrance of your home or business (location-dependent).
White Glove: Room-of-choice delivery, basic setup, and packaging removal on select items.
Processing & Lead Times
Standard processing time is usually 3–5 business days. Custom or assembled racks may require additional time before shipping. Delivery is typically within 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Warranty Overview
KingsBottle offers a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty covering parts and labor for defects under normal use. Extended warranties (3-year or 5-year) may be available directly from KingsBottle.
Warranty applies only to the original purchaser or gift recipient and is non-transferable.
Not Covered
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper installation, unauthorized repair, or environmental exposure. Spoilage of contents is not covered.
Returns (30 Days)
Defective or damaged units may be returned within 30 days for a refund, exchange, or credit. Change-of-mind returns must be unused and in original packaging.
After 30 Days
Returns may be accepted with a 20% restocking fee. Used or damaged products are not eligible.
Custom Orders
Custom-built units are non-returnable unless incorrect or damaged upon arrival.
Shipping Fees
Refunded only when the return is due to KingsBottle’s error or product defect. Missing packaging or accessories may incur additional fees.
