Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Once approved, you'll have 14 days to send the item back, and a 20% restocking fee may apply. Refunds are issued within 1-2 weeks of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. If your order arrives visibly damaged, refuse the delivery — this lets us handle it as a freight claim instead of a return. Concealed damage should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Grills must be unused and unlit to qualify for return — once a grill has been installed or lit, it's no longer eligible.
- Doors, drawers, and refrigeration units must be uninstalled and unused, in their original packaging.
