Bromic products ship throughout the continental United States via professional freight carriers or national parcel services, depending on product size and weight.

Please inspect all deliveries upon arrival. Visible damage should be noted before signing, and concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. When signing for freight, note “upon final inspection” whenever possible.
Returns
- Return authorization is required before sending anything back
- Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
- Returned items must be in new, resaleable condition
- Return freight costs are the customer’s responsibility
- A 20% restocking fee may apply on approved returns
- Special-order items may not be eligible for cancellation or return once ordered
Orders canceled after shipment are treated as returns and may be subject to applicable freight, return, and restocking charges. What size Bromic Platinum Electric heater do I need?

What is the difference between 208V and 240V?

Does the heater include a controller?
No. Bromic Platinum Smart-Heat® Electric heaters are sold separately from controllers. For dimming and smart control, add the Bromic Affinity Smart-Heat® 2-Channel Dimmer Controller.

Yes. The Platinum Electric series can be used with compatible Bromic ceiling recess kits for a clean built-in look. The correct recess kit depends on the heater size selected.
