Shipping & Delivery
Bromic products ship throughout the continental United States via professional freight carriers or national parcel services, depending on product size and weight.
- Free Shipping on eligible Bromic products
- Freight deliveries include curbside service unless upgraded
- An adult must be available to receive and inspect freight shipments
- Tracking information is provided once your order ships
- Licensed professional installation is strongly recommended
Please inspect all deliveries upon arrival. Visible damage should be noted before signing, and concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. When signing for freight, note “upon final inspection” whenever possible.
Returns
- Return authorization is required before sending anything back
- Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
- Returned items must be in new, resaleable condition
- Return freight costs are the customer’s responsibility
- A 20% restocking fee may apply on approved returns
