Bromic products ship throughout the continental United States via professional freight carriers or national parcel services, depending on product size and weight.

Please inspect all deliveries upon arrival. Visible damage should be noted before signing, and concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. When signing for freight, note “upon final inspection” whenever possible.
Returns
- Return authorization is required before sending anything back
- Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
- Returned items must be in new, resaleable condition
- Return freight costs are the customer’s responsibility
- A 20% restocking fee may apply on approved returns

The Affinity Smart-Heat® On/Off Controller is compatible with Bromic electric heaters, including Platinum Electric, Tungsten Electric, and Cobalt Electric models. It is not compatible with Bromic gas heaters.
How many heaters can I control with one controller?
The number of heaters depends on the controller selected and the total electrical load. Each channel supports up to 6000W at 208–277V, allowing multiple heaters to be connected provided the total load does not exceed the channel capacity.
What is the difference between the 1, 2, and 5 Channel models?
The 1 Channel controller is ideal for single-zone installations, the 2 Channel model allows independent control of two heating zones, and the 5 Channel controller is designed for larger residential, hospitality, and commercial projects requiring multiple heating areas.
Can I control heat levels with the On/Off Controller?
No. The Affinity On/Off Controller provides simple heater operation through on/off functionality. For adjustable heat output and dimming capabilities, choose the Affinity Smart-Heat® Dimmer Controller.
